OCEANSIDE 1501 APARTMENTS has been owned and operated by the Mac Gregor family since Alexander and Elizabeth built it in the late 1950s.

Nestled about 50 steps from the beach and boardwalk, the Mac Gregors have welcomed thousands of families over the years. Our relaxed family atmosphere makes it the perfect place for your family reunion. A large part of our clientele have returned year after year with their families and friends.
A lot of our young parents visited us when they were young children and the tradition continues!
